Meet Our Team
Tiffany (left) is a licensed marriage and family therapist with nearly two decades of professional experience. She is passionate about helping people improve their lives overall through wellness therapy. Jamie (middle) is a retired Fire Chief from Barstow Fire Department. She has a passion to help the upcoming members of the Fire Service pursuit their goals of joining and having a successful career. Allow her to coach and assist you in achieving your goals. Erin (right) is certified by the Polyvagal Equine Institute offering Horsemanship and Equine Therapy as an Equine Specialist, specializing in First Responder specific workshops and groups for both residential and outpatient treatment centers.

Optimum Resilience
This certification is a two day intensive PVEI approved first responder treatment certification for professionals that treat and/or work with public safety and emergency responders.
